- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Mindy has always been great to us. We have been going here for 4 years and I accidently left my wallet home. We live 45 minutes from town and so they had to bill me. They black listed us because they had to bill me my $50 copay so now if I take my boys there they want over $200 before we are even seen. I'm sorry you had to lick a damn stamp!! We have tried to talk it out with the office manager but she won't take our name off the list because it's our "punishment" for being "irresponsible". And this isn't like an every visit occurrence, I forgot it ONCE and they billed us. So beware parents! Don't forget your wallets!!
